About Me

I am Karen Guillermo, a professional Customer Service Specialist and Sales Administrative Assistant with comprehensive experience resolving escalated customer complaints and issues.​ I am a strong support professional with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies.
​
I began my career as a Customer Service Representative at the Results Companies, now known as ResultsCX. After over four years of working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, I have developed into a responsible, reliable, and highly competent worker. I know the significance of hard work, teamwork, and communication. I am willing to learn, am open to criticism in the workplace and make sure to apply these values to my everyday tasks.​

My strong interpersonal skills are backed by customer satisfaction and recognition awards. I am always open to everything and everyone that gives me an opportunity to learn.

In addition to the skills I have developed in the corporate field, I am also skilled in Photography, Photo/Video editing, and Graphic Design.  I have worked as a freelance photographer, which improved my collaboration skills.
